Internal admin QA — AI funnel analysis + persona go-live certification
Training — How to Use Funnel QA Tools
A quick orientation: what the business is, how we market it, what each tab does, when to run it, and what to do with the results. All tabs are admin-only and save run history — click "History" on any tab to reopen a past run.
QuiPlans sells professional floor plans and permit-ready engineering services to homeowners, investors, and builders nationwide.
Revenue follows a value ladder: the free plan / intent quiz (lead magnets) → Engineer Review ($349, our paid-acquisition product) → Permit-Ready Plans → the Complete Permit Package (our profit product, backed by the Permit Success Guarantee).
The heart of the funnel is a 6-question intent quiz. It resolves every visitor into one of 7 quiz-reachable intent personas (rental income, family housing, permit-ready, feasibility-first, owner-builder, garage converter, builder/contractor) and routes them to a personalized results page with ONE primary call-to-action. Two personas sit outside the quiz: construction admin keeps its own landing page (and is a post-purchase add-on), and investors are served via investor bundles — together all 9 form the marketing persona universe.
Trust is the conversion engine: local PE license visibility, the Permit Success Guarantee, and transparent delivery timelines (Basic 10–14 days, Priority 7–10 days, Express 3–5 days) on every page.
Persona-driven acquisition: every ad, landing page, and email speaks to one of the 9 intent personas — never a generic homeowner.
Entry points under audit: Homepage, the intent quiz, Feasibility, the garage-conversion funnel, and the builder landing page. Each entry has a known persona mix and expected path.
One primary CTA rule: every user path has a single, non-negotiable primary CTA (Engineer Review). Alternative products live lower on the page, visually muted.
Attribution: all leads and revenue must be traceable to a persona path (session + email deduplication prevents funnel inflation).
Traffic gate: paid ad spend only after the Persona Certification go-live gate passes (all checkpoints green on 2 consecutive nights). Organic traffic and quiz capture keep the top of the funnel full.
Tab-by-Tab Guide
Strategy Reference
What it does · Shows the approved master strategy — mission, products, core funnel, and all marketing/sales/delivery objectives — that every QA engine investigates against. Also hosts the Strategy Change Requests panel: material changes (pricing, guarantees, funnel architecture, primary CTAs, refund policy) must be reviewed and approved there before StrategyMaster changes.
When to run · Read it before any QA run; check pending change requests daily.
Do this with results · Approve or reject pending change requests first, then update the strategy and re-run the QA tabs so new findings are scored against the current reference. Saving creates a new version (history preserved).
Journey QA
What it does · Scores every persona × entry-point journey for clarity, trust, friction, and intent alignment — the broadest health check.
When to run · Weekly, or after any funnel page change.
Do this with results · Fix every "critical" finding before scaling traffic; use "warnings" to prioritize next sprint work.
Path Assessment
What it does · Captures each live page, then scores design, performance, and conversion for every step of every persona path (5 entries × 9 personas).
When to run · Weekly, and after any design/layout change.
Do this with results · Open the lowest-scoring step, read its findings, and fix. Avg Conv below 70 on any step is a blocker.
Optimization Loop
What it does · Simulates traffic through the funnel, finds the weakest conversion steps, and generates AI fix prompts until every step clears the target.
When to run · After Journey QA or Path Assessment surfaces weak steps.
Do this with results · Copy each fix prompt, implement it, then re-run to confirm scores clear the target.
Marketing Strategy
What it does · Generates per-persona acquisition, remarketing, and conversion-tracking plans grounded in a live audit of the selling pages.
When to run · Before launching or restructuring ad campaigns.
Do this with results · Feed the channel recommendations into campaign setup; verify the pixel/tracking advice is implemented.
Quiz Quality
What it does · Drives the live intent quiz in a headless browser and scores each question on persona discrimination, specificity, and routing value.
When to run · After any quiz change, and monthly.
Do this with results · Rewrite any question scoring below 70 using its suggested rewrite; re-run until overall clears 80.
Plan Fit
What it does · Audits the live plan catalog against each persona: does it offer the right plans, the right primary product, and aligned pricing?
When to run · After catalog or pricing changes.
Do this with results · Close the catalog gaps it names (missing plan types, wrong primary product, misaligned pricing).
Plan Detail
What it does · Captures the live plan-detail pages for a representative plan spread and scores, per buyer persona, intent match, merchandising, and revenue optimization — with a fix prompt per plan.
When to run · After Plan Fit, and after any plan-page copy/feature change.
Do this with results · Copy each plan page's fix prompt and implement it, keeping the single primary CTA and existing pricing; re-run until overall clears 85.
Forecast
What it does · Surfaces the Daily Revenue Audit: revenuability score, 30-day revenue forecast, strategy nutshell, and growth prompts.
When to run · Daily — start of day.
Do this with results · Read the forecast and the two recommended prompts; escalate a falling score band to management.
Delivery
What it does · Pulls live orders + guarantee eligibility and scores whether the revenue & delivery workflow is effective (ER→Package conversion, guarantee eligibility, fulfillment SLA, revenue realization).
When to run · Weekly, and whenever fulfillment feels slow.
Do this with results · Act on its "most important next action"; investigate any dimension below 70.
Persona Certification
What it does · The go-live gate: drives the full quiz → results → checkout flow for all 7 quiz-reachable personas + edge cases (abandonment, ZIP preload), and checks the construction-admin landing page directly — evaluating ~10 checkpoints per persona (destination, single CTA, price, Stripe, lead stamping, console errors).
When to run · Before any ad spend, and after any funnel change.
Do this with results · No paid traffic until all checkpoints pass on 2 consecutive nights.
Best Practice — The Improvement Loop
These tools do not just grade the app — they drive every change. Work this loop every time:
Start with Run All QA (one click runs every engine in sequence and stops when the aggregate score clears the target), or run the tab that matches what just changed. Every run is scored against the approved strategy reference — read that tab first so findings are interpreted against current goals.
Open the lowest score first. Every engine ranks its weakest point (worst journey, lowest step, weakest persona dimension, weakest plan page). Critical findings block traffic; warnings and "fair" scores are the prioritized backlog.
Use the AUTO-GENERATED FIX PROMPT at the bottom of each result — it is pre-bound to the approved strategy and names the exact copy/section/flow changes. Copy it into the app builder chat, implement, and re-publish. If a fix would change pricing, guarantees, package architecture, or the primary CTA, it requires a Strategy Change Request instead — the engine will say so.
Re-run the same engine on the changed surface and confirm the score clears its threshold (85+ for most engines, 70+ per step in Path Assessment). Scores only move when the live published app actually changed — a re-run that does not improve means the fix was not published or missed the real issue.
Before scaling any paid traffic, the changed path must pass Persona Certification (desktop + mobile, 2 consecutive nights, all checkpoints green). Certification is the last gate — an uncertified path stays organic-only.
Suggested QA Routine
Open Forecast — read the latest revenue audit, its forecast, and the two growth prompts.
Run Journey QA → Path Assessment → Optimization Loop. Fix weak steps before the next traffic push. Check the Delivery tab for fulfillment health.
Re-run Quiz Quality and/or Plan Fit, then Journey QA on the affected entry. Never scale traffic on an uncertified path.
Run Persona Certification on desktop + mobile for 2 consecutive nights. All green = go; any red = fix and repeat.
Rule of thumb: scores 85+ are excellent, 70–84 good, 50–69 fair, below 50 needs work. Never scale paid traffic on a path that hasn't passed Persona Certification.
