QuiPlans ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at quiplans.com and provides architectural floor plan products and related services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or make a purchase.

By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We act as the data controller for personal data we collect directly from you.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment: Process transactions, deliver purchased plans, and provide download access
• Account Management: Create and maintain your account, track Quig Credits and referrals
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, support tickets, and service requests
• Email Communications: Send order confirmations, plan delivery, transactional notifications, and (with consent) marketing emails
• Platform Improvement: Analyze usage patterns, test features, and improve user experience
• Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including Quig Credit or referral abuse

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects on users.

By submitting your email address to request a free plan or create an account, you expressly consent to join the QuiPlans community and receive email communications, including:

• Plan delivery and download confirmation
• Educational content about ADU planning, permitting, and building
• Promotional offers, flash sales, and product announcements
• Quig Credits program updates and reward notifications
• Community updates, newsletters, and platform news

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, support replies) cannot be opted out of while you have an active account or pending order.

Quig Credits Disclosure: Quig Credits have no monetary value and do not constitute cash, property, or assets. From time to time, QuiPlans may, at its sole discretion, offer cash or non-cash rewards to platform users through the Quig Credits system. Such offers are not guaranteed, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and do not create any financial obligation on QuiPlans' part.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable anti-spam regulations.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy:

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 3 years after closure (for fraud prevention and legal compliance)
• Purchase Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
• Marketing Leads: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Support Tickets: Retained for 2 years
• Analytics Data: Aggregated or anonymized per Google's and Meta's retention policies

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We take data security seriously and implement the following measures:

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never store payment card details
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Our application infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud services with access controls
